TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (Pohde) establishes a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the procurement of the goods described in this request to participate for the needs of Pohde and its YTA area. The YTA area includes the Lapland Welfare Area (Lapha), the Central Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (Soite) and the Kainuu Welfare Area. The contracting entity will tender the procurements through separate internal DPS competitions in which suppliers approved for the system may participate. The contracting entity will approve all candidates who have submitted a request to participate and who meet the suitability requirements set for candidates. The DPS procurement procedure is described in more detail in Appendix 1 to the request to participate. The subject of the procurement is ophthalmic surgery implants, instruments and supplies. The procurement includes, among other things, artificial eyes, implants, prostheses and therapeutic contact lenses, eye supplies, general ophthalmic surgery supplies, ophthalmic surgery products, and ophthalmic surgery instruments.
