TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is described in the appendix "Service description". Six (6) suppliers will be selected for Sub-area 1, unless there are fewer eligible tenderers and acceptable offers. The award criterion is the most economically advantageous tender based on the best price-quality ratio as follows: - Price, weight 30 % - Quality, weight 70 % If two or more tenderers receive the same total score in the comparison: - priority is given to the tenderer with the higher quality score - if both the quality comparison points and the price points are the same, the order is decided by lot. The VAT-excluded estimated value of Sub-area 1 over the entire contract period (including possible option periods) is 8,750,000 euros and the maximum VAT-excluded value is 10,950,000 euros.
