TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is described in the attachment “Service description”. For sub-area 1, six (6) suppliers are selected unless there are fewer eligible tenderers fulfilling the qualification requirements and fewer acceptable tenders. The selection criterion is overall economic advantageousness, based on the best price-quality ratio as follows: - Price, weight 30 % - Quality, weight 70 % If two or more tenderers receive the same total score in the comparison: - preference is given to the tenderer whose received quality scores are higher - if both the quality comparison scores and the price scores are the same, the order is determined by drawing lots. The estimated value of sub-area 1 excluding value added tax during the entire term of the agreement (including any option periods) is EUR 8,750,000 and the maximum value excluding value added tax is EUR 10,950,000.
