TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the procurement is described in the attachment “Service description”. Under Lot 1, six (6) suppliers will be selected unless there are fewer eligible tenderers that meet the qualification requirements and acceptable tenders. The selection criterion is total economic advantageousness, based on the best price-quality ratio as follows: - Price, weight 30% - Quality, weight 70% If two or more tenderers receive the same total score in the comparison: - preference is given to the tenderer whose quality scores are higher - if both the quality comparison points and the price points are the same, the order is determined by a draw. The estimated value of Lot 1 excluding value added tax (VAT) for the entire contract term (including any option periods) is EUR 8,750,000, and the maximum value excluding VAT is EUR 10,950,000.
