TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is described in the request for tenders annex titled “Service description”. For Lot 1, five (5) suppliers are selected unless there are fewer eligible tenderers meeting the qualification requirements and fewer acceptable tenders. The selection criterion is overall economic advantage, based on the best price-quality ratio as follows: - Price, weight 30 % - Quality, weight 70 % If two or more tenderers obtain the same total score in the comparison: - priority is given to the tenderer whose quality scores are higher - if both the quality comparison scores and the price scores are the same, the order is determined by a draw. The estimated value of Lot 1 excluding value added tax (including any option periods) for the entire contract period is EUR 27,300,000, and the maximum value excluding value added tax is EUR 34,100,000.
