TENDER DESCRIPTION

The North Karelia procurement office requests your tender on behalf of the City of Joensuu’s urban structure services in accordance with this tender notice and its appendices. The construction site comprises repair work on the bridge railings owned by the City of Joensuu. The project includes, among other things, repairs and renewal of bridge railings. In addition, fieldstone facing will be installed at a few locations. The name of the construction project is “Repair of bridge railing types”. The project number is 3107. The tender is requested as a lump-sum contract. The site briefing will be held electronically via Teams on Wednesday 26.8.2026 starting at 10.00. Registration for the site briefing must be submitted by email to [email protected] by 25.8.2026 at 14.00. The contracting authority’s recommendation is that the contractor has also familiarised themselves with the contract area on site before submitting the tender. If the contractor does not visit the site, the contractor may not later invoke matters that may have become apparent during the familiarisation.
