TENDER DESCRIPTION

Heat supply sector special plans amendment services, including services for amending the special heat supply plans for Trakai City. The services shall be provided for part I of the procurement object in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Heat Supply of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – the Law), implementing the aims and objectives specified in the Law, as well as the development of heat generation and transmission technologies, the competitive environment, trends in heat generation prices, changes in environmental pollution, and other significant factors, as well as the Rules for Preparing Heat Supply Sector Special Plans. The decisions of the special plan will seek to ensure the consistent development of the heat supply of the parts of the territory of the Trakai municipality and the rational use of territories, funds and other resources, taking into account the long-term needs for the development of the heat supply sector.
