TENDER DESCRIPTION

The delivered equipment must be factory new, unused, and manufactured in accordance with European safety standards. The software products (packages) delivered with the equipment must be licensed. The system's functionality must not depend on the additional purchase of software modules necessary for basic operation. The apparatus must be delivered complete with all parts, accessories, and consumables required for proper functioning and trouble-free operation. The offered apparatus must have parameters identical to or better than the minimum requirements of the Contracting Authority, as specified in the technical specification.
