TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Sipoo requests tenders for the provision of cleaning and catering services for school and day-care centre sites located throughout Sipoo. Cleaning and catering services will be provided on weekdays from Monday to Friday. A more detailed description of the subject matter of the procurement is set out in the appendices to the tender request. The contract is valid for the period from 28.6.2027 to 29.6.2031, and the contracting authority has the option to extend the contract period after the initial contract period with one (1) two (2)-year option period for the period 30.6.2031–3.7.2033. The contracting authority decides on and notifies the use of the option period no later than six (6) months before the end of the initial contract period. The contracting authority will select one (1) supplier to provide the cleaning and catering services for the service to be procured. The need for and/or content of the services may change in accordance with changes in the organisation and its duties.
