TENDER DESCRIPTION

The state capital Schwerin (LHS), the district Ludwigslust-Parchim (LUP), and various other municipal administrations have comprehensively outsourced the IT operations for their administrations to KSM Kommunalservice Mecklenburg AöR (KSM), which uses the SIS-Schweriner IT and Service Company Ltd. (SIS) as the municipal IT service provider (within the framework of an in-house award). With over 280 employees, the municipal corporate group consisting of SIS & KSM is the leading municipal IT service provider in West Mecklenburg. The shareholders of SIS are the state capital Schwerin (73.53%) and KSM (26.47%). The contracting authority for the tendered services is SIS. The SIS-Schweriner IT and Service Company Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the Client (AG), is issuing a framework agreement for sustainable collection, transport, franking, and forwarding or delivery/distribution of postal items in compliance with the regulations of the Postal Act (PostG) as well as the formal delivery, particularly in the sense of §§ 61 et seq.
