TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Northern Savo Welfare Area requests your tender for indoor air investigations for 1.1.2027 – 31.12.2028, options for the years 2029 and 2030, framework agreement delivery. Unless it is agreed to exercise the options, the agreement will end without termination at the end of calendar year 2028. The options for the years 2029 and 2030 are agreed separately for each year. The procurement includes indoor air investigation tasks for the premises owned and managed by the Northern Savo Welfare Area. The Northern Savo Welfare Area’s subsidiary companies and associate companies in which the welfare area has a significant ownership share, if they so wish, have the right to order services for their own needs under the terms of the agreement to be concluded in accordance with this request for tenders (Kiinteistö Oy Mustinlampi).
