TENDER DESCRIPTION

Internal audit services are tendered as a joint procurement for five contracting authorities mentioned in this request for tender. A separate procurement contract will be made for each Contracting Authority with the service providers selected in the procurement procedure. A framework arrangement will be established in the procurement for the provision of internal audit services. The framework arrangement covers general internal audit and assurance services and up to three (3) suppliers offering the most economically advantageous tenders will be selected. For the contract to Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy, two (2) suppliers offering the most economically advantageous tenders will be selected. This is described and detailed by contracting authority more precisely in the annexes of the request for tender. The framework arrangement ensures the support of the management and administration of the participating organizations in risk management, internal control, and the assessment and development of good governance.
