TENDER DESCRIPTION

Internal audit services are tendered as a joint procurement for five contracting authorities listed in this call for tenders. A separate procurement contract will be made for each contracting authority with the service providers chosen in the procurement procedure. A framework agreement will be established for the provision of internal audit services. The framework agreement covers general internal audit and assurance services, and up to three (3) suppliers offering the most economically advantageous tenders will be selected. For the contract to Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy, two (2) suppliers offering the most economically advantageous tenders will be selected. This is described and detailed per contracting authority more specifically in the annexes to the call for tenders. The framework agreement ensures the support of the management and administration of the participating organizations in the evaluation and development of risk management, internal control, and good governance.
