TENDER DESCRIPTION
Through this procedure, the Contracting Authority intends to award a supply contract for the acquisition of a computing system used in research activities: Customizable computing system - 1 unit (according to specifications), CPV code: 30211000-1 Central processing unit (Rev.2). During the contract execution, the contractor's activity will be governed by the following principles: i. The contractor acts in the interest of the contracting authority throughout the provision of the products, under the conditions and limits described in the documentation attached to this award procedure; ii. The contractor acts with the aim of achieving the objectives set out in the contract regarding the optimization of the use of resources necessary to fulfill the contract objectives.
