TENDER DESCRIPTION
The products requested as part of this procurement consist of an Integrated Test System for fuel cell systems (Fuel Cell System Testbed – FCS), intended for research, development and experimental validation activities of the stacks and FC PEM systems, including the auxiliary subsystems (Balance of Plant – BoP). The system must be delivered as a complete and integrated solution, including all subsystems necessary for operation under safe conditions, for control and monitoring. The integrated FC test system (FCS Testbed) will be configured as an assembly of interconnected and fully integrated subsystems, designed and dimensioned so as to enable continuous testing of FC PEM systems with a rated power of at least 100 kW.
