• Equipment Supply: Providing all necessary equipment, accessories, licenses, interfaces, gateways, auxiliary elements, and software as defined by the project, ensuring compatibility with DIN rail for panel equipment.
• Installation Guidelines: Furnishing instructions for assembly, connection, and wiring for the installer, detailing cable types, conductors, sections, functions, and labeling.
• System Configuration and Programming:
• Complete setup and programming of the KNX system using ETS and the BMS platform.
• Configuration, programming, and testing of DALI lighting integration for three meeting rooms.
• Integration setup with the existing access control system from the BMS side, using official or documented connectors, and coordination with the access control provider.
• Visualization and Supervision: Implementing visualization and technical supervision for up to fifty doors with smart locks, as well as integrated supervision of forty-eight independent ON/OFF lighting maneuvers, fourteen motorized curtains, five automatic doors, DALI lighting in three meeting rooms with six scenarios, and fifty doors of the access control system.
• BMS Platform: Providing a local BMS platform with a clear and intuitive graphical interface for reception, maintenance, and authorized users, including secure remote access.

Works explicitly *not* included are the material execution of electrical power wiring, laying of bus cables (KNX, DALI, Ethernet), physical mounting of equipment in panels, panel power supply and protections, installation of uninterruptible power supply systems, or mechanical/internal modifications to automatic doors.
