TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender document regulates the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter referred to as DPS) and the operation of contracting derived for the supply of food products for human consumption. The food products covered by supply are grouped into seven categories: 1) Pantry, 2) Frozen 3) Beverages 4) Fruit and vegetables 5) Meats 6) Dairy and 7) Thickeners. In the case of category 6 (dairy products), the derived contracts shall be reserved for Special Employment Centres of Social Initiative and Insertion Companies (EI), in accordance with Additional Provision Four in relation to Final Provision Fourteenth of the LCSP and with RDL 1/2003, of 29 November 2013, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law on the rights of persons with disabilities and their inclusion.
