• During the development process: Previous studies, requirements catalog, functional analysis (including functional descriptions, use cases, state diagrams, conceptual data models, and external systems), and functional and technical design (covering architecture, technical solutions, design patterns, data models, interfaces, and various diagrams).
• Final product delivery: The awarded party is committed to delivering the final products resulting from development work, which comprise source code (programs, scripts, installation, and configuration files) and comprehensive technical and functional documentation. This documentation includes requirements catalogs, functional and technical designs, data models, installation manuals, operation/exploitation manuals, release notes, user manuals, and training materials.
• Testing and Support Documentation: Results from functional test plans, performance test configuration, minimum installation requirements, a change management plan (with communication and training materials), and status and incident reports are also required.
• Monitoring Documents: These consist of planning documents, meeting minutes, and monitoring reports.

Ultimately, all necessary information for the correct installation, operation, use, maintenance, and monitoring of the developed systems or applications is required. The scope also emphasizes the transfer of knowledge and delivery of the product for EMT's subsequent maintenance.
