TENDER DESCRIPTION

Systematic medical examinations and testing for misuse of alcohol and addictive substances (psychoactive substances). The term psychoactive substances includes alcohol and other addictive substances: opioids, cannabinoids, sedatives and hypnotics, cocaine, other psychostimulants, hallucinogens, and volatile solvents, not including caffeine and tobacco. Systematic examinations are carried out at one location (Polyclinic) according to the employee’s place of work, and the required examinations must be carried out within a single working day. - SYSTEMATIC MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS will be carried out in Zagreb, Osijek, Pula, Rijeka, Zadar, Split, and Dubrovnik. - TESTING FOR MISUSE OF ALCOHOL AND ADDICTIVE SUBSTANCES will be carried out as an unannounced group check and individual testing upon call by an authorized person of the Contracting Authority in cases where there is a well-founded suspicion that the worker is under the influence of psychoactive substances.
