TENDER DESCRIPTION

It is intended to purchase a number of 350 units. All in One (AiO) Computing Systems – Lot 1 – as well as a number of 50 units. Industrial Computers – Lot 2, having the components and technical characteristics specified in the following, which shall preserve at least the characteristics defined in the description of the current situation and shall include at least the functional capabilities presented below. Using both equipment lots will provide the institution with another, much more modern way of addressing customer requests, by increasing productivity, more efficient activity for employees, as well as a high quality of the services provided. In accordance with the provisions of art. 141 para. (4) of Law no. 98/2016, the tender may be submitted for one lot or for both lots. The contract duration is 36 months and 120 days. (Warranty period of 36 months plus the delivery period (including testing) of 120 days from the date of signing the contract).
