TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of a sectoral supply contract for “Electronic passenger access systems”. The description of the products is available in the Specifications (Caiet de sarcini) section of this award documentation. The deadline by which clarification requests may be submitted to the Award Documentation: 14 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; clarification requests will be sent through S.E.A.P. The contracting entity has set two deadline dates within which it will respond to all clarification requests as follows: the first deadline date is on the 22nd day before the deadline set for submission of tenders; the second deadline date is on the 11th day before the deadline set for submission of tenders. The two clarification response deadline dates do not affect the right of economic operators to submit clarification requests during the entire period from the moment the Participation Notice is published until the deadline of 14 days before the deadline for submission of tenders set by the Contracting Entity.
