TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of a sectoral supply contract titled “Electronic passenger access systems”. The description of the products is available in the Specifications (Caiet de sarcini) section of this award documentation. The deadline by which clarifications may be requested in the award documentation: 14 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; requests for clarification will be transmitted through S.E.A.P. The contracting entity has set two deadline dates within which it will respond to all requests for clarification as follows: the first deadline is on the 22nd day before the deadline for submission of tenders; the second deadline – is on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The two clarification response deadlines do not affect the right of economic operators to submit requests for clarification during the entire period starting from the time of publication of the Participation Notice and until the deadline of 14 days before the deadline for submission of tenders set by the contracting entity.
