TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the delivery of 2 pcs of servers and the corresponding software licenses. A detailed description of the required configuration and quantities is contained in Appendix No. 1 of the contract entitled: Technical Specification. The contracting authority requires, as part of the performance of the subject of the contract: • delivery of original and new devices, • delivery of confirmation from the manufacturer or authorized distribution partner that the supplied hardware is intended for the European Union or Czech Republic market, originates from an official distribution channel, is eligible for full manufacturer support in the Czech Republic, and complies with applicable technical and legal requirements of the European Union and the Czech Republic, • delivery of software licenses according to the specification stated in Appendix No. 1 of the Tender Documentation • delivery of the manual for the subject of the contract.
