TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is maintenance cleaning services for the properties of the rental housing group Sivakka in Oulu. Two (2) companies are included in the tendering: Oulun Sivakka Oy and Sivakka-yhtymä Oy. The contract will be concluded with both companies. The premises to be cleaned include stairwell, lift, sauna and community room facilities in apartment blocks and detached houses, laundry rooms, and sports equipment and children’s pram storage areas. Cleaning of residential units is not included in this procurement. The contract period is planned to begin on 1 February 2027. The start schedule is an estimate, and the contract will be concluded only after both contracting parties have signed it. The contract is valid for 2 years, after which it may be extended with a three (3) month notice period until 31 January 2032. The decision on the extension of the contract is made by the contracting authority. The procurement does not include basic cleaning.
