TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is maintenance cleaning services in the properties of the Oulu rental housing group Sivakka. Two (2) companies are included in the tender: Oulun Sivakka Oy and Sivakka-yhtymä Oy. The contract is concluded with both companies. The premises to be cleaned include staircase, lift, sauna and club/meeting room areas in apartment buildings and detached houses, laundry rooms, as well as storage rooms for sports equipment and prams/pushchairs. Cleaning of residential apartments is not included in this procurement. The contract period is planned to start on 1 February 2027. The start schedule is an estimate, and the contract will be concluded only after both parties to the contract have signed. The contract is valid for 2 years, after which it may be extended with a three (3) month notice period until 31 January 2032. The contracting authority makes the decision on any extension.
