TENDER DESCRIPTION

KEHA Centre requests your tender for the production of laundry services for the Civilian Service Centre. The laundry services for the Civilian Service Centre include collection, washing, drying, ironing by mangling and return of linen used by persons obliged to civilian service. The linen includes pillowcases, bottom sheets, duvet covers and hand towels. Based on the contract, similar laundry services may, if necessary, also be ordered for washing pillows, blankets and other textiles used at the Civilian Service Centre, such as curtains and workwear. All textiles are washed in accordance with their own washing instructions. The service provider supplies the collection and return bags and trolleys or other means of transport needed for transporting the laundry. Clean laundry must be returned packed in the bags or other means of transport and sorted by textile type so that different textile types are packed separately. The Civilian Service Centre is responsible for packing the laundry to be delivered for washing. Soiled laundry is not sorted by textile type before transport; sorting takes place at the laundry.
