TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is a new, unused machine intended for shredding branches and leaves – a wood shredder, year of manufacture 2025 or newer, through a lease for a period of 60 months. The machine must comply with the prescribed minimum technical specifications set out in the annex to these procurement documents. Delivery includes commissioning of the machine and training of operators for operation of the machine in Čepin, as well as issuing a certificate of training by authorized persons of the Supplier. The Supplier is obliged to ensure that regular servicing of the machine is contracted in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and applicable technical standards. The costs of regular service are borne by the Contracting Authority, while the Supplier is responsible for organizing and timely contracting service inspections. The Contracting Authority requires the availability of an authorized service for the machine within a radius of at most 100 km from the Contracting Authority’s headquarters.
