TENDER DESCRIPTION

In each of the lots, the contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with no more than three economic operators, on the basis of the criteria set out below. In this regard, it will generally purchase the goods that are the subject of the individual lot from the first economic operator; if this operator does not have stock, the same material will be purchased from the second, and if the second also does not have stock, then from the third economic operator with which the contracting authority has concluded a framework agreement.
