TENDER DESCRIPTION

The order will be executed by purchase, upon a prior written request from the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months. The spare parts and materials included in the scope of this procedure are necessary for maintaining the technical condition of the trolleybuses of the brand and model specified in the Technical Specifications, owned by the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY. Deliveries will be made under the terms of the concluded Contract, according to the requested types of spare parts and materials for the respective trolleybuses, according to the corresponding lot, detailed in the Technical Specifications, which are part of the documentation of this public procurement. The quantities in each order are determined by the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY according to its needs and may differ (more or less of a given type) from the indicative quantities specified. The CONTRACTING AUTHORITY is not obliged to order every one of the items listed in the Technical Specifications.
