SO 02 Milking parlour, mini dairy The milking parlour building has a rectangular floor plan. The layout is divided into 2 main parts—the milking parlour and the dairy—both equipped with the necessary technologies for processing milk. The building has one above-ground and one underground storey. In the underground storey, there is hygiene facilities for employees. The building is connected by a corridor to the adjacent cattle barn building. It is used to transport cattle to the dairy for disinfection, or to transport the animal into a vehicle for the purpose of travel to veterinary treatment. A milk storage tank with a volume of 12,000 litres is installed at the building. SO 03 Cattle barn The cattle barn is a building with a rectangular floor plan. In terms of layout, it is divided into 7 longitudinal sections (tracts). Of these, 3 form pens for cattle. A staff corridor with a feeding table runs through the middle of the building, and between the individual rows of pens there are manure passages and feeding areas.
