TENDER DESCRIPTION

Square in Radogoszcz West – a leisure area, a playground and street workout Item numbering in accordance with SWZ5.1.1. Design and construction of construction works consisting in the construction of a playground, a street workout zone and elements of small architecture, such as benches and bins, in a green area at the intersection of Brukowa and Nefrytowa streets in Łódź, on plot numbers 51/27, 64/103, 64/106 within cadastral district B-4. The contract includes preparation of full design documentation and obtaining the necessary decisions, opinions and permits along with execution of construction works in full scope and exercising archaeological supervision, in accordance with Resolution VIII/146/15 of the Łódź City Council of 18 March 2015 on the adoption of the local spatial development plan for a part of the city of Łódź located in the Sokołówka river valley, covering the western part of the Radogoszcz housing estate. The detailed scope of the contract is specified by the Functional and Utility Programme, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to OPZ.
