TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract is a construction work and involves a cloudburst project located in Lersøparken covering an area of approx. 95,000 square meters. The purpose of the project is the management of approx. 16,500 m3 of surface water, which is led into the park through HOFOR's pipe solutions at Bispebjerg Bakke and Lygten Kanal. On the park's eastern and western sides, the water is brought to the surface through two inlet structures and via channels further down to a wet seepage meadow and a basin with a permanent water surface. Lersøparken is a protected area, and therefore an exemption from the protection has been granted in connection with the cloudburst project. The construction work includes the establishment of smaller structures, inlet structures, channels, and a cloudburst vault. Inlet structures and channels must be clad with bricks due to requirements in the exemption from the park's protection. The construction work includes terrain regulation in an area with soil of varying contamination levels, where mapping has identified areas with highly contaminated soil.
