TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of this procurement procedure, planning services are to be continued for the creation of a tourist railway experience landscape at Putbus railway station on the island of Rügen. The building permit is available in the form of an planning approval (Plangenehmigung). The basis for the detailed design planning is the existing design-/approval planning. The above project documents are to be further processed in the course of implementing the project for Lph 5-8 in order to carry out the construction measure. As the planning is continued, the following minor changes are to be incorporated into the planning: For building 2, a central gas heating system is to be planned and installed.
