TENDER DESCRIPTION

The present tender concerns the establishment of a framework agreement for the purchase of sludge suctioning (vehicle + personnel – 2 persons) at Roskilde Kraftvarmeværk. The tasks relate to blasting and/or suctioning at various locations on and near the district heating plant and similar tasks. The advertised framework agreement has a duration of 4 years, with the possibility of extension for 4 times 12 months. The framework agreement will be awarded to one Supplier. The estimated value of the framework agreement for the entire agreement period, including the option period, is estimated, based on future expected needs/ based on previous consumption, to be DKK 11,000,000. The estimated value is for guidance only and cannot be taken as an indication of guaranteed future revenue. The volume may vary both upward and downward during the agreement period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is DKK 16,500,000. The contracting authority has chosen not to divide the framework agreement into subcontracts, as it is not considered appropriate, including because tasks involving sludge suctioning require coordination with different groups of employees at the district heating…
