TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is the reconstruction of the Sloka wastewater treatment plant facilities to increase operational efficiency. The works include design, construction works and their inspections, construction supervision by the designer (author’s supervision), and rectification of defects. The construction is intended in accordance with the conditions of a design-build contract: the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) “Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build for Electrical and Mechanical Works, Construction and Engineering Works, for which the design is carried out by the Contractor”, 1999 edition (FIDIC Yellow Book), in accordance with the technical specifications (Annex A).
