TENDER DESCRIPTION
This lot concerns the complete demolition of the hospital wing, up to 80cm above ground level, which will serve as a parapet for the basement. The inner walls perpendicular to the outer walls are demolished at a 45° angle and will serve as buttresses. The exterior joinery, with the exception of the sectional door, in the facade will be removed. All window and door openings will be filled with concrete. On top of the demolished masonry, an unreinforced concrete beam will be cast in situ which will serve as a seal against rainwater infiltration. The floor of the basement as well as part of the inner walls is retained for stability reasons. page 8 of 41 The meters are located in the left part, the part attached to the tower/donjon. This part of the building will be demolished up to the basement covering and will receive waterproofing.
