TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this public contract is to ensure the contracting authority’s additional expert capacities in the management and administration of the Information System for EU Funds Management (hereinafter “ISSF”). The ISSF will be an element of critical information infrastructure and part of a regulated service under Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on cyber security, and also under Act No. 266/2025 Coll., on critical infrastructure, as amended. The subject of this public contract (hereinafter the “Contract”) is therefore the provision of technical supervision services for the development, operation and further development of the ISSF system.
