TENDER DESCRIPTION
The objective of this tender is to award the contract for the conception, development, provision and operation of a new, self-contained mobile application (hereinafter “MoMM-App”) that combines the functionalities of barrier-free parking search/navigation and barrier-free mobility routing in a unified user interface, using the existing funding provided by the “Modellprojekte Smart Cities” programme of the Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Construction. As a result, existing municipal stand-alone solutions are to be replaced or consolidated in the medium term, and users are to be provided with a continuous, consistent digital experience.
