TENDER DESCRIPTION
KMG Kliniken Thüringen-Brandenburg GmbH is constructing the replacement new building "Component C" at the Sömmerda location for the local hospital. The subject of the tender is the execution of the final construction/closure cleaning as well as the fine/initial cleaning before commissioning and handover to the user. The replacement new building comprises a basement, ground floor, three upper floors used for hospital and administrative purposes, and a technical floor. The total floor area to be cleaned amounts to approximately 3,494 m².
