TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of a new heat source, heating systems and HVAC in selected buildings on the company premises in Mladá Vožice. The public contract is not divided into parts. Specification of the subject matter of the contract and the required technical parameters are set out in Annex No. 5 (Project documentation for selecting the contractor) and in Annex No. 6 (Bill of quantities). For submitted bids, compliance with the required parameters in Annexes No. 5 and 6 will be assessed. In the event of non-compliance, the bid will be excluded from the procurement procedure. The terms and conditions for performance of the public contract (commercial, payment and other), defining the future framework of the contractual relationship between the contracting authority and the selected supplier, are set out in detail in Annex No. 3 to the Invitation and procurement documentation (Binding model contract for work).
