TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority requests a tender for the following service entity: • SIEM and SOC monitoring room 24/7 • Related services as an option In service management, the City of Forssa and Forssan Vesihuolto are handled in joint follow-up meetings. As a default, Microsoft Sentinel will be deployed, and in addition an option is requested for the Supplier to provide the Supplier’s SIEM solution. Sentinel and a separate SIEM may both be in use or only one of them. The Supplier’s monitoring room must be in use, staffed 24/7 and located in Finland. For the water supply sector’s OT network devices, there is no need to monitor or log. With regard to these, any alerts that come to the Supplier’s SOC from the party performing OT network monitoring. The Supplier must offer an entire entity. Partial bids are not accepted. Alternative bids are not accepted unless an alternative has been specifically requested in the request for tenders.
