TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority requests an offer for the following service entity: • SIEM and SOC control room 24/7 • Related services as an option In service management, the City of Forssa and Forssan Vesihuolto are handled in joint follow-up meetings. As a default, Microsoft Sentinel will be deployed, and in addition, as an option, the bidder is asked to provide the Supplier’s SIEM solution. Sentinel and a separate SIEM may both be in use or only one of them. The Supplier’s control room must be operational, staffed 24/7, and located in Finland. The OT network devices for water supply do not need to be monitored or logged. Concerning these, any alarms regarding the OT network may be sent to the Supplier’s SOC by the party that performs OT network monitoring. The Supplier must offer a complete entity. Partial bids are not accepted. Alternative bids are not accepted unless the alternative has been specifically requested in the request for tenders.
