TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of The Hague (hereinafter: the municipality) and participating regional municipalities Leidschendam-Voorburg and Rijswijk intend to conclude a framework agreement regarding social and medical advice. The social medical advice will be requested from the Contractor by the various departments/services of the municipality of The Hague and regional municipalities, who are responsible for the implementation of the mentioned laws and regulations. The Legal Affairs department can also, in the context of objection procedures, in some cases request a new social medical advice. The purpose of social medical advice is to arrive at a correct determination of the entitlement to the requested (customized) provision or compensation. The social medical advice concerns the physical situation of the applicant and may also concern the mental situation of the applicant (psychodiagnostics).
