TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Social Benefits Division of the Administration of the City Municipality of Vilnius, implementing the provisions of the Republic of Lithuania Law on Cash Social Support for Citizens in Need and the Republic of Lithuania Law on Benefits for Children, allocates to recipients, in non-cash form, a part of the amount of social support and the amount of benefits for children by transferring it to social cards. To implement these provisions of the laws, services are procured for the manufacture of social cards, their issuance, administration, transfer of social benefits to them and issuance of goods.
