TENDER DESCRIPTION

Sodankylä Municipality (hereinafter also “Contracting Authority” or “Client”) requests tenders for the main contract for the basic improvement of the Sodankylä municipal administration building and the library (construction contract, RU). The site is located at Jäämerentie 1, 99600 Sodankylä. The procurement has been described and must be carried out in accordance with the appendices. With this procurement, the Contracting Authority’s procurement for the main/building contract that was terminated on 14.8.2026 is re-tendered. For the subcontract works previously tendered and to be subordinated to the main contract, final and legally binding procurement decisions exist. NOTE TO TENDERERS The Client requires that tenderers arrange for a guided site visit to the construction site in person. The Client’s representative must be present at the site visit. If a tenderer has already visited the construction site earlier during 2026, no new site visit is required.
