TENDER DESCRIPTION
Among the objectives set out in the CA’s comprehensive “Campus Development Master Plan”, the creation of a living campus area by developing the existing building stock, optimising the land use and carrying out alterations is intended in order to create a modern, environmentally conscious “green” university. An essential aspect of the paradigm shift that will define the CA’s future—by increasing its role and reputation in the scientific and economic life—is the reorganisation, the development of channels that create internal synergies, and the establishment of a new rational real estate structure. With this investment, by converting, expanding and carrying out comprehensive reconstruction of the “C” building (as the Basic Task), the university aims to place its organisational units’ laboratories and offices using modern, optimised floor area utilisation. The refurbishment of the existing building is determined by the spatial needs set out in the CA’s design programme and by the existing site conditions.
