TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the performance of its tasks, GVB requires the supply of standard software, maintenance and related services such as (License) advisory services and software asset management services. GVB intends to conclude one framework agreement with a single supplier that is able to supply this software, including maintenance and the related services. On the basis of the procedures and provisions included in the framework agreement, further assignments will be issued via subsequent agreements. The Assignment primarily focuses on the supply of Standard Software, for which no customisation is requested (Customisation software falls, unless indicated otherwise, outside the scope of the Assignment). The intention is for the framework agreement to enter into force in January 2027, or at an earlier or later date if the final award provides cause for this.
