TENDER DESCRIPTION

For more than 10 years, ÜSTRA Hannoversche Verkehrsbetriebe Aktiengesellschaft has been active on both Facebook and Instagram as well as on YouTube. In order to be able to fully cover these (and, if applicable, further) social media presences—both in the editorial and in the community management area—we need a web-based software solution. The ÜSTRA social media team consists of employees from the areas of marketing/external communications and customer service. Due to the long service hours, a shift system applies. Therefore, we need around 65 licenses, 55 of which, however, only require the functions that are essential for community management. This software provides the link to ÜSTRA’s social media presences on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and—optionally—to other social media platforms such as TikTok and LinkedIn. User inquiries (fans or followers—depending on the platform) are entered into the system as a direct message, comment, post or reply and can be processed from there (answered, forwarded by email, assigned internally, sorted out/filtered, or deleted on the platform).
