TENDER DESCRIPTION

For more than 10 years, ÜSTRA Hannoversche Verkehrsbetriebe Aktiengesellschaft has been present on both Facebook and Instagram and YouTube. In order to be able to fully cover these (and possibly further) social media presences—both in the editorial and in the community management area—we need a web-based software solution. The ÜSTRA social media team consists of employees from the Marketing/ external communications and customer service departments. Due to the long service hours, a shift system applies. Therefore, we need approximately 65 licenses; however, 55 of them only require the functions that are essential for community management. This software is the connection to the ÜSTRA social media presences on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and—optionally—to other social media platforms such as TikTok and LinkedIn. User inquiries (fans or followers, depending on the platform) are submitted to the system as a direct message, comment, post, or reply, and can be processed from there (answered, forwarded by email, assigned internally, sorted out, or deleted on the platform).
