The detailed schedule and individual milestones will be established with the contractor after the contract award. The web application and the final report must be completed by October 30, 2027. The final result, source code, licenses, and documentation are to be handed over to the client by November 15, 2027. The "BeM-TG" project concludes on December 31, 2027. The last invoice is due by November 30, 2027.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the technical implementation and programming of a modular, web-based evaluation instrument named "BeM-TG Web-App" within the "BeM-TG Bayern" project, to be completed by the end of 2027. • Developing a modular, user-oriented web application.
• Displaying and querying a GIS-based data model for subsurface data of the Upper Jurassic (Malm) reservoir in the Bavarian Molasse Basin.

• Performing a neighborhood well analysis (Off Set Well Analysis) to predict reservoir parameters.
• Conducting an analytical assessment of site suitability and hydrogeothermal utilization potential based on defined criteria.
• Integrating simplified analytical models for thermohydraulic prognosis.
• Incorporating AI or surrogate model methods.
• Ensuring a modular architecture to support diverse application scenarios.

All components, templates, and scripts must be documented and annotated for future processing. Image files created must be provided in an editable format with rights transferred to TUM.

The web-app and a final report must be completed by October 30, 2027, with the final result, source code, licenses, and documentation handed over to the client by November 15, 2027. The total project value must not exceed €290,000.00. The contractor is also required to provide continuous updates through monthly meetings and designate a fixed contact person and deputy.
