    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    This tender invites proposals for the technical implementation and programming of the "BeM-TG Web-App," a modular, web-based evaluation instrument for deep geothermal energy within the "BeM-TG Bayern" project. The core scope involves delivering a fully functional, "turnkey" software solution with a responsive, intuitive user interface, GIS integration for displaying and querying subsurface data, database connectivity, and import/export interfaces for various data types.     • Ensuring easy updating of data for continuous integration of new information.

    All components, templates, and scripts must be documented and annotated for future processing. Licenses, manuals, CDs, source code, and exploitation rights related to the project are to be fully and exclusively transferred to TUM. Image files created must be provided in an editable format with rights transferred to TUM.

    The web-app and a final report must be completed by October 30, 2027, with the final result, source code, licenses, and documentation handed over to the client by November 15, 2027. The total project value must not exceed €290,000.00. The contractor is also required to provide continuous updates through monthly meetings and designate a fixed contact person and deputy.
